This VIRTUAL appointment provides the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about how care is structured, and determine what labs will need to be obtained. Should you proceed with labs and an evaluation, your fee from this visit will be applied towards your labs. Once this appointment is made you will receive the new patient paperwork through your email that you will need to complete prior to your visit.
