Dr. Nicole is a holistic Chiropractic Physician that focuses on medical acupuncture, nutrition testing, and gentle adjusting. She graduated from Logan University in Chesterfield, MO, after completing her clinical internship at the Veterans Administration in St. Louis. She also holds a Master's in Nutrition & Human Performance with an Advanced Chiropractic Nutrition certification, and is trained in Applied Kinesiology, Nutrition Response Testing, and abea (applied bio-energy analysis). Her style of care really focuses on the integrity of the nervous system as a whole 

 

Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Nicole worked as a Firefighter-Paramedic. After years of working in the medical setting, she found herself treating patients where she felt so many of their conditions could have been prevented. She wanted to turn the focus back on treating the root cause of an individual's condition, rather than just the symptoms. 

 

Dr. Nicole knows that health is wealth, and that emotional health is also a big part of that journey. She understands that there is a huge connection between the health of the mind and the health of the body. This is why her practice techniques work to assist in "resetting" the brain in order to achieve proper brain-body communication.  In order to optimize one's health, you must be in a state of healing. Our busy world today can often interrupt our healing process, even though that ability lies within us.

She opened Stewart Chiropractic and Wellness after moving to Florida in 2018. She wanted to create a safe and relaxing space for families to receive care. While her practice initially started out focused on pregnancy and pediatrics, the practice has since evolved to a holistic hub that is focused on providing nervous system focused care in a Zen-like atmosphere.
